As part of the Interdisciplinary Weeks at Kiel University of Applied Sciences, we built a cargo bike made of multiplex plywood and with toothed belt steering with the students and with the help of a CNC milling machine, laser cutter, 3D printer and water jet cutter.
Our focus was primarily on the fast and cost-effective production of the prototype, which was to be convincing not only as a construction but also as a design.
