Laura from “onework” has used our new Fuse1 3D printer to sinter the first housing prototypes of a system controller for building automation.
She and her team particularly liked the quality and texture of the sintered print. “It is very stable and clean. We were also surprised that complex objects can be printed in a single pass.”
The aim of the “onework master” is to improve the quality of the workplace and the energy efficiency of commercial properties through digitalization and intelligent control of light, temperature and air quality.
The next project in collaboration with MakerCube is now to test and improve the prototypes until they can be launched on the market.
The product will be presented for the first time in October at Light + Building Autumn Edition 2022 in Frankfurt. We are excited!
