3D printer MBL 136
Fabulously large installation space
With an installation space of 850 x 405 x 395 mm, the MBL 136 is a large FDM 3D printer from Meltingplot – made in Kiel. A continuously heated print bed and an integrated filament sensor, which prevents material change interruptions, are available. It also has an integrated camera for monitoring the printing process via a web interface.
The printer is equipped with a water-cooled DirectDrive extruder that supports interchangeable nozzles from 0.4 mm to 1.2 mm. The hotend is an E3D Volcano with a 50W heating element and a maximum temperature of approx. 350°C. The heating bed can reach temperatures of up to 120°C. The maximum printing speed is 120 mm/s with a layer thickness of 0.2 mm. Supported materials are PETG, PLA and PP with a 2.85 mm filament.
